I had my first sticky toffee pudding yesterday at Delish in Limerick. The service was slow, but the toffee was true to the cafe's name--delish. The cake was dense and yet so soft it seemed to melt in my mouth (literally). Served with a dallop of chilled unsweetened whipped cream to cut the sugar overload? Perfect.
